Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail packages, and e-commerce orders throughout Portland metro area
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and delivery equipment
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Handle cashless payments and verify order accuracy
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance concerns promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and navigation
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
