Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, and e-commerce packages across Portland metro area
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pickups
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology for timely arrivals
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Portland neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for cash handling (if applicable)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
