Responsibilities
- Transport packages and food orders efficiently using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via app
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery platforms
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods a plus
