Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are made with the highest level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Practice safe driving habits at all times and adhere to traffic laws.
- Inspect vehicle condition and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collect payment or obtain signatures when required for COD or signature deliveries.
- Update delivery status in the mobile app accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
