Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Milwaukee's night routes efficiently
- Load/unload packages with precision and handle fragile items with care
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Communicate delivery status to dispatch and customers via mobile app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving or delivery experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile delivery apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM) and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee geography preferred
