Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload packages, ensuring they are secured properly for transit.
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently using GPS and mapping software to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, handling any service inquiries or complaints with a positive attitude.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and free of debris during the shift.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems and smartphones.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the designated warehouse location.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
