Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated residential and commercial addresses within the Milwaukee area.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time while adhering to the scheduled route.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, handling packages with care to prevent damage.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing items during transport.
- Update delivery status digitally via our mobile application after each drop-off.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or delivery exceptions immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone technology for navigation and logging.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
