Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport packages and goods throughout Milwaukee metro area
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure safety and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee streets and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
