- Timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses in Louisville metro area
- Safe operation of company vehicles and adherence to traffic regulations
- Accurate documentation of deliveries using our mobile tracking system
- Exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Basic vehicle maintenance checks and reporting
- Collaboration with dispatch team for route optimization
- Handling customer inquiries and delivery exceptions professionally
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
- Ability to work independently and in varying weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
