Responsibilities
- Deliver Packages: Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Washington DC metro area.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience and handling any concerns with care.
- Route Management: Plan efficient delivery routes using our GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your assigned delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery receipts, logs, and any required paperwork at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Record: Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Vehicle: Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration.
- Technology: Must possess a smartphone (iOS or Android) with data capabilities.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical: Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
