- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Long Beach
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle cashless transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery interaction
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for timely delivery using GPS technology
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
