Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every shift.
- Inspect delivery vehicle before and after routes to ensure it is clean and in proper working condition.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring packages are delivered with care and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Handle cash or digital transactions for tip services as required by the role.
- Update delivery status in the company's tracking system in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
