Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery van, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Practice defensive driving and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at each delivery stop.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow delivery routes efficiently to ensure on-time arrivals.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of the San Antonio area and GPS navigation systems.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the delivery center.
