Job Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial clients in the San Antonio area with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Inspect the vehicle daily for cleanliness and mechanical issues before and after routes.
- Interact professionally with customers, resolving any delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Update delivery management systems with accurate status logs.
- Collect payments or obtain proof of delivery signatures.
Qualifications
- A valid state-issued driver's license is mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging delivery information.
- Clean driving record with no DUIs or serious violations in the last 3 years.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
