Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Miami area in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is clean and in good working condition before starting the route.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are handled with care and placed securely in the vehicle.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to manage route navigation and update delivery status in real-time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and DOT regulations.
- Collect payments and process returns when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle (sedan, van, or box truck depending on the role) and valid auto insurance.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based communication.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
