Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Colorado Springs.
- Verify recipient identities and obtain signatures upon delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices and mobile apps to track routes and update delivery statuses in real-time.
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical function before and after shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues or complaints promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance records.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using smartphone applications for navigation and delivery management.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
