Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Charlotte and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus (but not required for local).
- Clean driving record with no recent major violations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
