Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or goods to customers across Indianapolis
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrival and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Communicate delivery status and issues to dispatch team promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for immediate start (within 48 hours of hire)
