Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secure and protected.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Charlotte, NC and Georgia.
- Follow established delivery routes and time schedules to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, resolving any delivery issues.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or valid state driver's license.
- Proof of current auto insurance and vehicle registration.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
