Responsibilities
- Safely navigate and deliver packages to residential and commercial clients within Charlotte and surrounding regions.
- Ensure timely arrivals at drop-off locations while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Load, unload, and organize cargo using dollies, pallet jacks, and personal strength.
- Verify delivery contents against the manifest and obtain necessary signatures.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues on the spot.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable smartphone and a valid form of identification.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries.
