Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Baltimore and surrounding areas.
- Ensure timely and accurate drop-offs while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries with patience, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and fueled at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Update delivery status accurately via the mobile app.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher) and a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, van, or cargo van).
- Access to a smartphone for GPS navigation and communication.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of the Baltimore area is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
