Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial addresses across the Wichita metro area.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices and mobile apps to maintain accurate delivery logs and tracking information.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally and handling packages with care.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and vehicle maintenance.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily route targets and efficiency goals.
- Resolve delivery issues on the spot, including address corrections or rerouting.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with smartphone applications.
- Strong navigation skills and the ability to read maps and GPS systems efficiently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
