Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Raleigh
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Assist with loading/unloading packages using proper lifting techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Represent Raleigh Express Logistics with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- No prior delivery experience required – training provided!
