Responsibilities
- Safely transport food, packages, and retail items to customers across San Francisco using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and optimize routes for maximum efficiency
- Provide outstanding customer service with friendly interactions and on-time deliveries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and update ETAs
- Support warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
