Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail goods to Portland-area customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update GPS tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using provided navigation tools
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
