Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders to customers across Philadelphia
- Verify order accuracy and maintain temperature-sensitive deliveries using proper equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication and problem-solving
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles and adhere to all safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Process payments and digital orders accurately using our mobile app system
- Report traffic patterns, road closures, and delivery challenges to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/delivery locations
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and order management apps
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods and traffic patterns
