Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods across El Paso using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle special requests
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company vehicle (background check required)
- Strong knowledge of El Paso streets and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
