Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food and beverage orders to residential and commercial addresses
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during order pickups and drop-offs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any vehicle maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure order accuracy
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based navigation and communication
- Reliable personal vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
