Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and food orders within designated Boston routes
- Maintain excellent customer service through positive interactions during deliveries
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Verify delivery details and obtain proper signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the distribution hub
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Boston streets and metro area
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
