Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation technology
- Handle package loading/unloading with proper lifting techniques
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with delivery apps or route navigation systems
