Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Oklahoma City
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safe operating conditions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and route changes
- Assist with loading/unloading operations while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Manage time effectively to meet daily delivery targets and deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years experience)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma City streets and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and communication
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred but not required
