Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders across Minneapolis metro area
- Maintain excellent customer service during delivery interactionsOptimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Verify order accuracy and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro area
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to/from warehouse
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Food handler's certification (preferred)
