Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods using company vehicles while adhering to all traffic regulations
- Efficiently navigate Washington DC's dynamic metropolitan routes using GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely deliveries and professional communication
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each assigned route
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and resolve route issues
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Washington DC metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
