As a Delivery Driver, you are the face of our brand. We are looking for team players who are punctual, professional, and committed to getting packages to their destinations safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Utilize the mobile delivery app to manage routes, track inventory, and update delivery statuses in real-time.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience and handling complaints with empathy.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and perform basic pre-trip and post-trip safety checks.
- Accurately log proof of delivery and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Pick up and drop off parcels at designated hubs efficiently to minimize turnaround time.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and professional conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (Sedan, Van, or Truck) suitable for local delivery.
- Smartphone compatible with the delivery application (Android or iOS).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and Google Maps.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
