Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages, retail goods, and documents to customers across Los Angeles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and confirmations via mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to operate vehicles up to 10,000 GVWR
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
