Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle (refuel, clean, report maintenance needs)
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team promptly
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte metropolitan area
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and package scanning
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
