Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages, documents, and merchandise to customers across Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via app/phone
- Verify order details and handle cashless payments/transactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Smartphone with GPS and data capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments and tips
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
