Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial destinations throughout Dallas and surrounding areas.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all items, maintaining a professional appearance.
- Interact with customers courteously to resolve any delivery concerns or special instructions.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and overall mechanical condition.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Update delivery status and log details accurately via the company mobile application.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and professionalism.
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for GPS navigation and job management.
- Basic understanding of map reading and local geography in the Dallas metroplex.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
