Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Milwaukee and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records using GPS tracking systems and mobile apps
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safe loading/unloading procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries promptly
- Adhere to traffic regulations and optimize routes for timely deliveries
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team in real-time
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as needed
- Complete required documentation and safety compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee metro area and GPS navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
