Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for all items, ensuring accuracy.
- Inspect vehicle for damage before and after each shift and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance inside and outside of the delivery vehicle.
- Update delivery status and logs using the company mobile application in real-time.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery concerns or issues on the spot.
- Fold and stack boxes as needed to ensure safe transport and unloading.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior driving experience is required.
- Access to a reliable smartphone with a data plan for navigation and app usage.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
