Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, adhering to weight limits.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
- Accurately complete daily logs and mileage reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route changes or delays.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and navigation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable smartphone with internet access for route updates.
