Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods to residential and commercial destinations in the Philadelphia area.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures upon completion of each drop-off.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Utilize mobile technology (apps) to log deliveries and track routes accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and stack packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency and smartphone usage for navigation and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
