Responsibilities
- Safely transport food orders from partner restaurants to residential/commercial addresses
- Verify order accuracy and maintain temperature-controlled deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickup and drop-off interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain clean driving record and vehicle maintenance standards
- Process payments and digital orders through our proprietary app
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance
- Smartphone proficiency for order management systems
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City metropolitan area
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Food Handler's certification preferred
