Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customer locations and distribution centers.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring all items are handled with care and loaded securely.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital signatures upon completion of the drop-off.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and route planning.
- Prepare daily delivery logs and reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of local Fort Worth streets, highways, and geography.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and communication.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and long shifts.
