Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Dallas metro area.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are handled with care and placed securely in the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logbooks in compliance with company policy.
- Navigate complex routes using GPS and map applications to ensure timely arrivals.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUI/DWI within the last 7 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with the Dallas, TX area and general navigation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Current DOT medical card (if required for cargo).
