Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and supplies to commercial and residential locations across Dallas
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions, including order confirmations and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Inspect vehicles before and after routes to ensure safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and adjust routes dynamically
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and operate manual/automatic transmissions
- Strong knowledge of Dallas metropolitan area and surrounding neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation and communication
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
