Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Verify items upon delivery and obtain signatures where required to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload cargo from delivery vehicles using proper safety techniques and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving any delivery issues professionally.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery logs, mileage, and vehicle condition.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License issued by the state of Nevada with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use a smartphone or tablet for navigation and logging.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate a commercial vehicle.
