Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to customers within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and problem-solving
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/maintenance
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing when required
- Report delivery issues and operational feedback to management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable vehicle with valid insurance (or ability to use company vehicle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/difficult terrain
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and communication
- Customer-focused attitude with professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
