Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and business addresses in the Memphis area.
- Inspect packages for damage before loading and verify accuracy upon delivery.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during every interaction.
- Utilize mobile technology for route optimization, navigation, and digital signatures.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van) in good working condition.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with smartphone apps and GPS navigation systems.
