Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Boston and surrounding areas.
- Verify and record delivery information, including signatures and photos, using handheld devices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Experience as a courier, delivery driver, or in similar logistics roles is preferred.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with the Boston area and traffic patterns is a significant plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery work.
